General Terms

🛑 DO NOT 🛑repost my works without linked credit to any one of my socials.
🛑 DO NOT 🛑remove, crop, or hide my watermark.
🛑 DO NOT 🛑mass redistribute my works for commercial sale or merchandising.
Commission Terms
What I will to draw:
Adult characters, any humanoid species, weapon, clothing, tattoo, scarring details, nudes, lewds, NSFW, any creature/animal, fantastical beast.I can compile my illustrations in a page or two for art/rp reference, D&D and other TTRPGs, containing character (front and back), outfit details, weapon details, tattoo details, scarring details, detailing of notable features, pet(s) & mount(s) details.
What I will not draw:
Mecha, robots, machine, high detail metalworks, full environmental or landscape illustrations
*(This does not include background work for character illustrations).I will not draw political art.
I will not draw minors.
Regarding NSFW:
I will not draw over the top fetishes including but not limited to:Feet, armpits, knees, giantess, small/fairy, loli, scat, watersports, vomiting, extreme proportions, inflation, furry, bestiality.
Process & Payment goes as follows:
─ We discuss the commission details, character(s), background, etc.
─ I will create a sketch or two and we will confirm which works best.
─ I will create a Paypal invoice and send it.
─ I will begin the process of lining, coloring, and detailing your piece.
─ The finished product will be sent when payment has been sent and processed.
─ I will only accept payment via Paypal Invoice.
─ I will not accept any alternate forms of payment such as Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and the like.
─ I will only accept payment after the sketch(s) are complete and the lineart process is ready to start.
─ If a payment plan is required, I will happily discuss such a plan, adding notes to invoices to keep track of payment increments.
Licensing & Permissions:
The commissionee/client is the only individual allowed to redistribute their commission/product.
Redistribution of commission/product is not allowed unless authorized by the commissionee/client.
I, the Artist, retain the right to repost the commission/product for portfolio/archival purposes.The commission/product is not to be mass redistributed for commercial sale or merchandising via things such as but not limited to:
─ Stickers, Keychains, Charms, Collectables.
─ Posters, Journal covers, Calenders, Cards, Bookmarks, Stationary.
─ Accessories, Clothing, Hats, Bags/Backpacks/Sacks.
─ Dishware, Cups, Bottles, Plates, Mugs.The commission/product is intended to be used as supplementary design, point of reference or personal enjoyment in the form of:
─ Illustration for Book/Fanfic/written media covers, Album/music covers
─ Points of reference for character designing for vtubers, animators, illustrators, and 3d artists
─ Supplemental graphic design for website banners/avatars/dividers/emotes,
─ Personal wallpaper, avatars, banners. Personal use prints only.
Credit Required:
Please do not remove, crop, or hide the watermark, if there is one.
In the case of size restrictions or other situation with which the watermark is hidden or otherwise cannot be show, please request removal or adjustment in position before action, or place a credit to any of my socials on a bio/about, or credit page when necessary.
